red cabbage. tumeric. overnight.

every year i romanticize about dying easter eggs naturally.
the truth is ... kids prefer instant gratification.
paas to the rescue! guaranteeing at least 40 minutes of smiles for everyone.
i did save a few eggs for fantasy realization.
these soaked overnight with the addition of a little vinegar and salt.
too bad someone was being camera shy and rolled off the table before the big close up.
