green soup with ginger

LOVE this green soup from heidi swanson's 101cookbooks.
it's easy and super tasty
the only changes i make to the recipe are a lot of kale and watercress (thrown in the last
10 minutes or so on low) and sometimes i substitute butternut squash.

kid approved? ha! possibly if pureed.
